Service Description
This Initial Design Consultation is a focused one-hour session where we explore your project goals, constraints, and possibilities in depth. During the session, we will: - Discuss your ideas, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences - Review the site, context, or reference materials (if available) - Clarify budget expectations, timelines, and technical constraints - Identify the most suitable design approach for your project - Outline clear next steps toward concept development This consultation is ideal if you are at the early stage of a project and want professional guidance before committing to full design services. You will leave with clarity, direction, and expert insight tailored to your project, saving time, money, and unnecessary revisions later. The session can be held online or on-site, depending on your preference and project needs.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and 50% of the full session fee will be charged. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly or considered a no-show, depending on availability, without refund. In the rare case that we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, the client will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. By booking this service, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
