About the event

The African Technopolis: Engineering the Future

The African Cities Magazine 7 is currently in production. We are inviting the vanguard of urban development, academics, structural engineers, policymakers, and spatial innovators, to join this critical journey.

At AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK, we operate on a singular truth: African vernacular architecture is not "primitive"; it is a sophisticated, low-carbon engineering solution designed for the world's harshest climates. We are seeking practitioners who share this ethos to submit their tentative abstracts before June 30.

Share your empirical research, field experiences, and technical blueprints to help shape this essential conversation on the future of African urbanity. We are currently accepting contributions across five foundational pillars:

1. Financing African Cities

A special feature decoding the financial architecture of our urban centers. This issue aims to establish a deeper understanding of urban finance challenges, providing actionable, B2B insights for policymakers, investors, and developers.
