During the consultation, we will: - Discuss your project goals, functional requirements, and budget - Review sketches, plans, or reference materials you already have - Provide professional advice on spatial planning, materials, and aesthetics - Recommend practical next steps for your project This session is ideal for clients seeking clarity and expert insight before committing to a full design service. You will leave with actionable recommendations, helping you save time, money, and avoid costly mistakes. The consultation can be held online via video conferencing.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings: Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and 50% of the full session fee will be charged. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened accordingly or considered a no-show, depending on availability, without refund. In the rare case that we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, the client will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. By booking this service, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
